BINLONG PU Timing Belts can be manufactured with special coating on the teeth or on the back, like PAZ, PAR, Linatex, APL, PU PVC Supergrip, Formed PU, Sponge, Fishbone, Ribbed, AVAFC, Cleats, Grooves, Punched/Holes, Notched Guide on teeth sizes(K6, K13).
BINLONG Timing Belts are manufactured in thermoplastic polyurethane, with single parallel steel cords.This type of belts, deloped by our Research& Development, offers good running characteristics and high traction loads. They are especially suited for power transmission and coverying with high loads and speeds.The addition of a nylon coating on the teeth during production enhances the running properties for specific applications and reduces the noise due to a lower frictional coefficent. An extra thickness of special coating is also possible on the back of belt offering extra protection against aggressive or heavy productions.
Material:
1.Top Fabric:Resistant to heat, oil ,wearing and crack.
2.Tension member: The specially heat-treated cords provide high modulus and shock load resistance.
3.Rubber adhesive: Maintain cohesion of the cords and rib rubber as well as protecting cords.
4.Rubber ribs: Fiber-reinforced rib rubber offers support for the cords and exceelent wear resistance.
